Booking Form

Please fill this out form so I can look over it and confirm/make some changes with you! Keep in mind my minimum is $150 and most of my tattoos will range from $175 - 450. However, I understand time are rough for many money wise, please let me know if you have a budget you would like to stay with. I generally try and work quickly, but some pieces require many layers and the building of shades. Please try and not schedule anything else the day of our appointment if possible to take care of yourself afterwards.

Keep an eye out at your email as I typically respond within the hour. If not - prior to the end of the day. I will also DM you on Instagram as sometimes the emails go towards spam and get hidden.

I really appreciate the trust you have in me and I promise we will work together throughout the whole process to get you the tattoo you desire!
